The Effects of Disturbance Intensity on Biodiversity of Pinus tabulaeformis Community in Dahaituo Nature Reserve
Pinus tabulaeformis forests with severely disturbed, lightly disturbed and non-disturbed were selected in Dahaituo National Nature Reserve to investigate the species diversity of shrub and herb layer under the forest, and the impact of human disturbance intensity on the biodiversity of Pinus tabulaeformis forest was analyzed. The results showed that there were 16 shrubs and 75 herb species in Pinus tabulaeformis forest community in Dahaituo Nature Reserve. With the increase of disturbance intensity, the dominant species in shrub layer succession from Syringa pekinensis Rupr.to Spiraea pubescens Turcz., and the dominant species in herb layer succession from Thalictrum minus Linn.to Agri-monia pilosa Ldb., and the dominance of dominant species decreased and the balance of species increased.Herbaceous species diversity and uniformity showed an upward trend with the intensity of human disturbance in Pinus tabulaeformis community. There were significant differ-ences in shrub species diversity and evenness between severely disturbed Pinus tabulaeformis community and non-disturbed community, but there was no significant difference in species abundances. The low similarity showed between severely disturbed and non-disturbaned, and there were few common species, either.Slightly disturbed increases the number of shrub species, families, herbaceous species and genera in Pinus tabulaeformis forest.Human activities are the major controlling factors of understory vegetation change.
