Effect of Smash-ridging Technology on Soil Physicochemical Properties and Aggregates Characteristics of Flue-cured Tobacco Field
[Objective] To study the effect of smash-ridging technology on soil nutrients and soil structure of flue-cured tobacco field, and to provide theoretical guidance for the application of smash-ridging technology.[Method] The effects of different tillage depths (30, 40, 50 cm) of smash-ridging technology on soil nutrients and aggregate characteristics of Qingdao tobacco-planting soil were studied.[Result] Compared with traditional tillage (CK), the content of total nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and organic matter in tobacco-planting soil could be improved by smash-ridging technology under the same tillage depth condition. The content of mechanical-stable aggregates at >2.000 mm, >1.000-2.000 mm particle size and the water-stable aggregates at >0.250 mm particle size were increased by smash-ridging technology which promoted the formation of large aggregates and water-stable aggregates.Meanwhile, the nutrient content, mean weight diam-eter (MWD) and geometric mean (WMD) were maximum and the fractal dimension (D) were minimum when the depth of smash-ridging technology was 40 cm.[Conclusion] The smash-ridging technology could improve the soil nutrient content and soil structure in Qingdao to-bacco-planting area, and the best effect was achieved when the depth of smash-ridging technology was 40 cm.
