前处理采用QuEChERS方法,利用三重四极杆气质联用仪对芒果样品中的10种有机磷农药残留进行检测,通过线性关系、相对标准偏差、添加回收率等指标确定方法的准确性和可行性.结果表明,10种有机磷农药在0.01~0.40 mg/L线性关系良好(R≥0.996);10种有机磷农药在0.04 mg/L的混合标准溶液相对标准偏差为1.44%~4.10%,符合检测要求;10种有机磷农药在添加浓度分别为0.02、0.04、0.08、0.16、0.32 mg/L的混合标液时,平均添加回收率为75.00%~112.50%.说明该方法定性准确、操作简单,适合芒果样品日常的有机磷农药残留检测.
Determination of 10 Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Mango by QuEChERS Combined with Triple Quadrupole GC-MS
QuEChERS method was used in pretreatment, and 10 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues in mango samples were detected by triple quadrupole GC-MS.The accuracy and feasibility of the method were determined by linear relationship, relative standard deviation and addition recovery rate.The linear correlation coefficient R of 10 organophosphorus pesticides in the range of 0.01-0.40 mg/L is greater than 0.996, and the linear relationship is good.The relative standard deviation of 10 organophosphorus pesticides in 0.04 mg/L mixed standard so-lution is 1.44%-4.10%, which meets the detection requirements.The average recovery rate of 10 organophosphorus pesticides was 75.00-112.50% when the mixed standard solution with the concentration of 0.02, 0.04, 0.08, 0.16 and 0.32 mg/L was added.The results show that the method is accurate in qualitative analysis and simple in operation, and it is suitable for the daily detection of organophosphorus pesti-cide residues in mango samples.
