The Inner Mechanism, Realistic Dilemmas, and Path Directions of Empowering Rich Farmers from the Perspective of Common Prosperity for All People
Common prosperity is the essence of the superiority of the socialist system and the basic feature of Chinese path to modernization.The most arduous and onerous task of promoting common prosperity still lies in rural areas.Promoting the reform of rural collective property rights system is an important means to enhance the property income of farmers and achieve common prosperity for them.Taking property rights as the starting point, this paper explores the significance of realizing farmer property rights in promoting common prosperity for farmers.Through analyzing the current difficulties faced by granting more property rights to farmers, it attempts to provide practical countermeasures and suggestions for empowering farmers with property rights to achieve common prosperity, in order to provide feasible ideas for accelerating the re-alization of common prosperity in rural areas of China.
