摘要
以汉江生态经济带绿色发展先行区陕西安康为例,对绿色循环产业发展现状进行分析,揭示创新驱动绿色循环产业发展存在的主要问题,从"两链"深度融合、科技创新园区、科技成果转化、科技金融融合、科技创新供给等方面探索创新驱动绿色循环产业高质量发展策略,旨在为促进同类区域实现经济高质量发展和生态高水平保护提供参考意见和政策启示.
Abstract
Taking Ankang, Shaanxi Province, as an example, the leading area of green development in the Hanjiang Ecological Economic Belt, this paper analyzed the current situation of the development of green recycling industry, revealed the main problems in the development of innovation-driven green recycling industry, and explored the high-quality development strategy of innovation-driven green recycling industry from the aspects of deep integration of "two chains", scientific and technological innovation parks, scientific and technological achievements transformation, scientific and technological financial integration and scientific and technological innovation supply.The aim was to provide ref-erence opinions and policy implications for promoting high-quality economic development and high-level ecological protection in similar re-gions.
