Traditional rural culture is the root of Chinese culture, and its cultural value determines the future of rural areas.On the basis of defining the connotation of culture and traditional rural cultural inheritance, the value of traditional rural cultural inheritance lies in preserving traditional rural cultural heritage, constructing a stable value system in rural areas, and activating the endogenous force of rural development.The study proposes the current situation of various dilemmas such as the current inheritance of traditional rural culture is facing the gradual dis-integration of traditional rural space and the fault of the inheritance subject; the government is in a dominant position and farmers passively ac-cept it; the cognitive limitations of inheritance content and the imbalance of cultural inheritance; the dissolution of rural cultural values guided by economic interests.On this basis, proposes to reshape the path of traditional rural cultural inheritance at multiple levels such as reconstruct the field space for cultural inheritance and preserve the original rural style; enhance government organizational management and optimize cul-tural inheritance capabilities; deeply excavate rural cultural resource to realize the multiple inheritance of culture; enhance traditional cultural awareness and cultivate cultural inheritance concepts; balance cultural inheritance guidance and achieve sustainable development in rural areas.
