Research on the Promotion Path of Realizing Pastoral Area Modernization Under the Guidance of "Chinese Path to Modernization"——Taking the Abaga Banner Pilot Project in Xilingol League as an Example
The modernization of pastoral areas is an important part of China's overall Chinese path to modernization.Abaga Banner took the opportunity of the modernization pilot project of pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and took socialized services as a break-through to explore a number of institutional and mechanism innovations, providing reference experience for pastoral areas to promote Chinese path to modernization as a whole.Of course, the difficulties and bottlenecks faced during the pilot construction process are also common prob-lems in the economic development of pastoral areas.It is recommended to further strengthen the infrastructure construction in pastoral areas, fully leverage the leading role of grassroots party organizations, and build a talent system in pastoral areas, in order to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively connect with the revitalization of pastoral areas.This will lay a good foundation for the comprehensive modernization of pastoral areas and help promote the high-quality development of modernization in Inner Mongolia pastoral areas.
