青年农业科技人才成长的外部制约因素与政策建议——基于广西涉农科研院所实证调查分析

摘要
针对青年农业科技人才成长的微观政策环境,设计了包括评价机制、使用机制、培训机制等6个维度27个细分指标的调查问卷,分析了影响青年农业科技人才成长的微观环境制约因素、成因及优化青年农业科技人才成长政策环境的路径;并在此基础上,从政府、工作单位及人才自身层面提出了优化青年农业科技人才成长外部政策环境的建议.
Abstract
Aiming at the micro policy environment for the growth of young agricultural science and technology talents, this papaer designs a questionnaire including 6 dimensions such as evaluation mechanism, use mechanism, training mechanism and 27 subdivision indexes, analyzes the factors influencing young agricultural scientific and technological personnel growth micro-environment, causes and the optimization path of young agricultural scientific and technological personnel growth policy environment; on this basis, the author puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the external policy environment of talent growth from the level of government, work units and talents.
