External Constraints and Policy Suggestions on the Growth of Young Agricultural S&T Talents——Based on the Empirical Investigation and Analysis of Guangxi Agricultural Research Institute
Aiming at the micro policy environment for the growth of young agricultural science and technology talents, this papaer designs a questionnaire including 6 dimensions such as evaluation mechanism, use mechanism, training mechanism and 27 subdivision indexes, analyzes the factors influencing young agricultural scientific and technological personnel growth micro-environment, causes and the optimization path of young agricultural scientific and technological personnel growth policy environment; on this basis, the author puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the external policy environment of talent growth from the level of government, work units and talents.
