Exploration and Practice of Integrating Ideological and Political Education into the Teaching System of Livestock Product Processing
Curriculum ideological and political education is an important content in the reform of classroom teaching in universities,and also an important way to implement the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating talents.On the basis of fully affirming the significance of integrating livestock product processing into curriculum ideological and political education,this article systematically introduces the exploration and practical process of integrating ideological and political education into the teaching system of livestock product processing from four aspects:clarifying curriculum objectives,deeply exploring ideological and political elements and cases,optimizing teaching methods, and improving evaluation methods.It is hoped to provide reference for the ideological and political construction of relevant professional courses.
