农业职业教育赋能乡村生态文化振兴的地域模式与实践策略

赋能乡村生态文化振兴的关键在于产教、科教"双融合"驱动乡村农业职业教育培养生态文化创新人才.以枣庄职业学院农业职业教育为例,基于产教融合的适切度不够、"科教融汇"驱动的新动能不足、"多元协同"育人共同体缺失等问题导向,构建了"产教融合、培养生态人才,科技创新、发展绿色农业,文化嵌入、促进多元协同"的创新育人模式,从而打造了地域实践策略,如产教融合,促进生态文化振兴;科教融汇,创新农科育人模式;文化引领,协同赋能多产融合.
Regional Model and Practical Strategy of Rural Ecological Cultural Revitalization Empowered by Agricultural Vocational Education
The key to empowering the revitalization of rural ecological culture lied in the dual integration of industry-education and science-ed-ucation to drive rural agricultural vocational education to cultivate innovative talents of ecological culture.This paper took the agricultural voca-tional education of Zaozhuang Vocational College in Shandong as an example,based on the lack of appropriateness of the integration of produc-tion-education, the lack of new driving force driven by the integration of science-education, and the lack of a multi-collaborative education community, this paper had constructed an innovative education mode that integration of production and education, cultivation of ecological tal-ents, scientific and technological innovation, development of green agriculture, cultural embedding and promotion of multi-coordination.In or-der to create a regional practice strategy: the integration of production and education, promote the revitalization of ecological culture; integra-tion of science and education, innovation of agricultural education mode; cultural leadership, collaborative empowerment multi-productive fu-sion.
