秸秆膨化技术及高效应用的研究

我国拥有丰富的秸秆资源,然而,其中大部分尚未得到有效开发利用,造成了资源的浪费.因此,秸秆膨化技术的发展及其高效利用成为不可回避的趋势.首先对农作物秸秆的主要成分进行了介绍,随后深入综述了螺杆膨化机的工作原理,详述了单螺杆、双螺杆和三螺杆膨化机在秸秆膨化领域的研究历程,并对各类膨化机的优劣进行了分析.同时,还对膨化过程中的影响因素进行了综合总结.根据秸秆膨化的应用,展望了秸秆在制浆、复合板材和乙醇方面的利用,为高效利用秸秆提供了理论指导.
Research on Straw Bulking Technology and Its Efficient Application
China has abundant straw resources,however,most of them have not been effectively developed and utilised,resulting in a waste of resources.Therefore,the development of straw puffing technology and its efficient use has become an unavoidable trend.This paper firstly intro-duces the main components of crop straw,then gives an in-depth overview of the working principle of screw extruder,details the research history of single-screw,twin-screw and three-screw extruders in the field of straw extrusion,and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of various types of extruders.At the same time,a comprehensive summary of the influencing factors in the expansion process is also presented.Based on the application of straw bulking,the article looks forward to the utilisation of straw in pulping,composite boards and ethanol,providing theoretical guidance for the efficient utilisation of straw.
