Agricultural waste resource utilization is to transform a large amount of agricultural waste into available resources and renewable re-sources.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of northeast agricultural and aquaculture production,pollution of agricultural envi-ronment caused by a large amount of agricultural waste and livestock manure is becoming increasingly prominent,so agricultural waste resource utilization is an important link of environmental protection and agricultural development,fully exploring the utilization value of agricultural waste resources is of great significance to the cold region agricultural sustainable development.This paper expounds the present situation and ex-isting problems of agricultural waste resource utilization in cold region,including the main source of agricultural waste,characteristics,hazards and resource utilization way,for the influencing factors of resource utilization and existing problems,put forward reasonable suggestions and prospects,aims to provide theoretical reference basis for protecting the agricultural ecological environment,strengthening agricultural waste re-source utilization and planning,to provide a more comprehensive basic information for agricultural waste resource utilization.
