紫叶加拿大紫荆种子休眠与萌发特性研究

以紫叶加拿大紫荆种子为研究材料,解剖观察种子内部结构,观察种子的吸水特性和种子的萌发情况,验证其种子具有双重休眠特性.对种子用浓硫酸进行不同时间的酸蚀,再用不同浓度赤霉素处理,结果表明,可有效打破种子的休眠,促进紫叶加拿大紫荆种子萌发.用浓硫酸酸蚀25 min再进行300 mg/L赤霉素浸泡处理效果最佳,其种子发芽率为(60.0±3.3)%.
Research on Dormancy and Germination Characteristics of Cercis canadensis 'Forest Pansy' Seeds
The seeds of Cercis canadensis 'Forest Pansy' were used as research materials. The internal structure,water absorption and germi-nation of the seeds were observed. The results showed that the seeds of Cercis canadensis'Forest Pansy' had double dormancy. The seeds were etched with concentrated sulfuric acid for different time and then treated with gibberellin of different concentrations. The results showed that the seed dormancy could be broken effectively and the seed germination of Cercis canadensis'Forest Pansy' could be promoted. It turned out that the best treatment was acid etching with concentrated sulfuric acid for 25 min and soaking with 300 mg/L gibberellin,and the germination rate was (60.0±3.3)%.
