[目的]建立1%甲酸-乙腈提取结合QuEChERS净化,高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定红枣中5种植物生长调节剂的方法.[方法]比较不同提取试剂、净化材料等对提取净化效果的影响.在ESI源正/负离子模式下,多反应监测(MRM)模式采集数据,进行定性和定量分析.[结果]5种植物生长调节剂在1~50 ng/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(R2>0.999),方法检出限和定量限分别为0.1~0.2和0.3~0.6μg/kg.空白红枣3个不同的添加水平回收率为82.5%~106.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.0%~8.4%.通过对市售红枣样品检测,能够准确测定红枣中植物生长调节剂水平.[结论]该方法简单、快速、准确可靠,适用于红枣中5种植物生长调节剂的快速测定.
Determination of Five Plant Growth Regulator in Red Jujube by QuEChERS Purification High-performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry
[Objective]A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 5 plant growth regulators (PGRs) in red jujube by using 1% formic acid-acetonitrile extraction and QuEChERS cleanup with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) detection.[Method]The effects of different extraction reagents,purification materials,etc. on the extraction and purification efficiency were compared. Data were collected in multiple response monitoring (MRM) mode in ESI source positive/negative ion mode for qualitative screening and quantitative analysis.[Result]The linear relationship of the five plant growth regulators was good within the mass con-centration range of 1-50 ng/mL (R2>0.999),the detection and quantification limits were 0.1-0.2 and 0.3-0.6μg/kg,respectively. The re-covery rates of three different addition levels of blank red jujube were 82.5%-106.1%,the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.0%-8.4%.Through the detection of actual samples in the market,the level of PGRs in red jujube could be accurately quantified.[Conclusion]The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable,and suitable for the rapid determination of five plant growth regulators in jujube.
