The "small-scale peasant economy" of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an extremely important "reservoir" and "stabilizer"in the sense of overall national security concept,based on that,this article clearly puts forward that"the industrial revitalization of farmers should be the most basic and core component of rural industrial revitalization". On the basis of relevant research results,this article summari-zes the historical evolution of the"small-scale peasant economy"of socialism with Chinese characteristics into two traditional stages:"fix out-put quotas on a household basis and work contracted to households"and"half work and half cultivation". Furthermore,this article thought that the traditional"small-scale peasant economy"will slid towards decline and fall,and even"half work and half cultivation"will be difficult to sustain in the near future;under the new era context of Chinese-style modernization and overall national security concept,it should jump out of the preset framework of"small-scale peasant extinction theory",further improve and optimize the practical mechanism and specific ways of the paradigm of"taking public as the foundation and private as the face",and systematically promote the modernization breakthrough of the"small-scale peasant economy"of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
