An Exploration of the Way to Alleviate the Relative Poverty in Pastoral Areas Under the Goal of Common Prosperity——Based on the Investigation of Typical Pastoral Areas in Inner Mongolia
With a historic victory in the war on poverty alleviation,our anti-poverty strategy will shift towards consolidating the gains made a-gainst poverty and alleviating relative poverty. Pastoral area is a special area with high overlap among grassland area,border area,ethnic mi-nority inhabited area and relatively poor area,based on the resources endowment,cultural environment,industrial characteristics and the prin-ciple of adapting to local conditions,the factors and their characteristics should be analyzed,establishing a long-term mechanism to alleviate the relative poverty in pastoral areas,consolidating the results of poverty eradication and linking up the rural revitalization strategy are the deci-sive factors for pastoral areas to get rid of poverty and achieve the goal of common prosperity on schedule.
