Promoting the integration of rural primary,secondary,and tertiary industries is an important measure for developing new agricultur-al industries,formats,and models. The article takes policy texts issued by the general offices of 23 provinces (cities) to promote rural indus-trial integration as the research object,and comprehensively uses word frequency analysis and social network analysis to explore the develop-ment methods and trends of promoting rural industrial integration. The research results indicate that the key content of promoting the integration of rural three industries in various provinces (cities) is to build a new pattern of rural industrial integration development with complete industri-al chains,diverse services,sound mechanisms,and close interests. Therefore,in the process of promoting the integration of rural three indus-tries,attention should be paid to coordinating diversified policies,strengthening leading enterprises in the development of the entire industrial chain,developing emerging agricultural formats,and focusing on implementing development support policies.
