Research on the Participation of Social Work in Rural Revitalization in Ethnic Minority Areas
The strategy of rural revitalization is a major task in the historical journey of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and it is of great significance for promoting modernization of agriculture and rural areas and achieving common prosperity.Especially in some ethnic are-as,rural economic and social development is relatively lagging behind,which has become a key and difficult point in rural revitalization.From the perspective of social work participation,this paper analyzes and reflects on the exploration and practice of rural revitalization in ethnic are-as,discusses the necessity and feasibility of social work participation,and proposes specific paths:based on development thinking,cultivate rural talents;use emotional logic to participate in rural governance;utilize advantageous perspectives to jointly build rural culture.
