In order to explore the effects of different environmental conditions on the yield and quality of Morchella, the effects of variety,sin-gle sowing and mixed sowing, strain morphology, low border, humus addition and other factors on the production performance of Morchella were studied.Varieties such as ZHS-3,ZHS-5,Sichuan-6,and MZ-8 were selected and subjected to variety comparison experiments, single and mixed strain cultivation experiments, solid strain and liquid original strain cultivation experiments, low border cultivation experiments, and soil substrate cultivation experiments during the winter and spring seasons. The results showed that the cultivation effect of Sichuan-6 in the ex-periment was better, with a yield increase of 22.27%,32.17%,and 19.74%compared to ZHS-3,ZHS-5,and MZ-8,respectively;in the cul-tivation experiments of single strain and mixed strain, the cultivation effect of single strain was better, with a yield 22.72%higher than that of mixed strain, indicating that there was no synergistic effect if early onset and late onset strains exist simultaneously;in the cultivation experi-ments of liquid original strains and solid strains, the cultivation effect of solid strains was better, with a yield of 28.78%higher than that of liq-uid strains.Although liquid strains developed quickly, their individual size was small;in the low border cultivation experiment, the cultivation effect of flat planting was better, and the yield was 53.24%higher than that of the bottom digging group, indicating that insufficient ventilation will affect the yield;in the experiment of humus addition, when the humus content was 5%,the cultivation effect was better, the yield was 20.10%higher than that in the area with 10%humus addition, and 31.12%higher than that in the control group, indicating that humus addi-tion should not be excessive.
