南川区竹林资源生态产品价值实现空间策略研究

生态产品价值实现是贯彻"两山"理念,推进生态文明建设落地实施的关键.竹林作为我国重要的可再生自然资源,是生态产品价值实现的重点实践对象.总结竹林生态产品价值实现路径及识别南川区竹林资源现状与问题,围绕空间载体和竹林生态产品类型探索重庆市南川区竹林资源生态产品价值实现的空间策略.结果表明:竹林生态产品主要以竹林基地、竹产品加工园区、竹产品交易市场等为空间载体,以生态产业化开发、生态权益交易等方式实现价值.提出了南川区培育竹林基地,健全竹产品加工交易体系,建设靓丽竹风景线及探索竹林碳汇交易4方面空间策略.
Research on the Spatial Strategy to Realize the Value of Bamboo Ecological Products in Nanchuan,Chongqing
Realizing the value of ecological products is the key to implementing the concept that clear waters and green mountains are as valu-able as mountains of gold and silver,as well as eco-civilization.As an important renewable natural resource in China,bamboo forest is the im-portant participants for realizing the value of ecological products.On the basis of summarizing the value realization path of ecological products and identifying the current situation and problems of bamboo forest resources in Nanchuan,the spatial strategy to realize the value of bamboo ecological products was studied by focusing on the space carrier and different types of eco-product.The results implied that the value of ecologi-cal products was realized by means of development of ecological industrialization,ecological rights exchange,and so on.Bamboo ecological products mainly take bamboo base,bamboo industrial zone,bamboo products marketplace,bamboo scenic spot,bamboo forest landscape,bamboo creative park,etc.as spatial carriers.Four spatial strategies are proposed to promote the value realization of bamboo ecological prod-ucts in Nanchuan,including cultivating bamboo base,perfecting the processing and trading system of bamboo products,building beautiful bamboo scenery,exploring bamboo forest carbon sink trading.
