晒黄烟不同棚内调制方式对烟叶品质的影响

[目的]提高晒黄烟调制大棚的整体调制效率,以实现更高质量的晒黄烟生产.[方法]通过系统的试验设置探索不同的调制方式.通过监测调制过程中的光照强度和SPAD值,比较不同调制方式晒黄烟的外观品质和化学成分,筛选出优越的调制方式.[结果]晒黄烟调制大棚适宜的调制方式是烟折纵向挂放,晾晒间距为20 cm.该处理接收的光照强度最强,且SPAD值的降解趋势与CK一致.通过这种调制方式,晒黄烟的外观质量表现出叶片结构疏松,表面油润度好,弹性较好,身份适中;烟叶颜色主要分布在正黄到金黄色域,色度均匀,光泽丰满,叶面含青较少.化学成分也呈现出较为理想的状态,总糖(18.8%)、还原糖(14.9%)和钾(1.85%)含量相对较高,而氯离子及氮碱比含量适宜.[结论]该研究结果为晒黄烟调制提供了有力的指导,为实现高效且高质量的晒黄烟生产提供了科学依据.
Effects of Different Modifications on the Quality of Sun-dried Yellow Tobacco Leaves
[Objective]To improve the overall moderation efficiency of the sunbaked yellow tobacco moderation sheds in order to achieve high-er quality sunbaked yellow tobacco production.[Method]In this study,different modifications were explored through a systematic experimental setup.By monitoring the light intensity and SPAD values during the modulation process,we compared the appearance quality and chemical composition of sunburnt yellow cigarettes of different modulation methods,aiming to select the most superior modulation method.[Result]Sun-burnt yellow tobacco modulation shed suitable modulation is the smoke folded longitudinal hanging,drying spacing of 20cm.This treatment re-ceived the strongest light intensity and the degradation trend of SPAD value was consistent with CK.Through this modulation,the appearance quality of sunburnt yellow tobacco showed loose leaf structure,good surface oiliness,better elasticity,and moderate identity;the color of to-bacco leaf was mainly distributed in the domain of positive yellow to golden yellow,with uniform chromaticity,glossy and plump,and the leaf surface contained less green.The chemical composition also showed a more desirable state,with relatively high contents of total sugar(18.8%),reducing sugar(14.9%)and potassium(1.85%),while the contents of chloride ions and nitrogen-alkali ratio were appropriate.[Conclusion]The results of this study provide a strong guidance for sunshine yellow tobacco modification,and provide a scientific basis for re-alizing efficient and high-quality sunshine yellow tobacco production.
