摘要
构建稳定紧密的农业产业综合体利益联结机制,对推动产业集约化发展,促进乡村产业振兴具有重要的意义.在烟叶产业综合体利益联结特征分析基础上,建立"分层次多元化交叉式"的综合式利益联结机制,并分别从核心利益链、交叉利益链、外围利益链的利益生成机制、利益分配机制、利益调节机制和利益保障机制进行了深入分析.通过建立农业产业综合体利益联结机制,以期为推动现代烟草农业发展提供理论依据.
Abstract
Building a stable and closely-knit tobacco agricultural industry complex interest linkage mechanism is of great significance in pro-moting the intensive development of the industry and revitalizing rural industries.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of interest linkage in the tobacco agricultural industry complex,the basic principles of interest linkage mechanism construction are determined,and a"hierarchical and diversified cross-type"comprehensive interest linkage mechanism is established.In-depth analysis is conducted on the interest generation mechanism,interest distribution mechanism,interest regulation mechanism,and interest protection mechanism of the core interest chain,cross-interest chain,and peripheral interest chain.By establishing an interest linkage mechanism for the agricultural industry complex,it is hoped to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the development of modern tobacco agriculture.
