摘要
助力农村共同富裕,涉农高职院校需要对服务区域经济能力不足、人才供需之间存在矛盾、教育资源效能不高等困局做出积极应对.这是实现共同富裕的需要,也是涉农高职院校追求自身发展的需要.根据问题靶向,提出涉农高职院校应助力普惠型教育水平的提升、健全自身人才培养体系、推进绿色产业发展等举措.同时社会应促进高职教育均衡发展以共同助力共同富裕目标的实现.
Abstract
To help rural areas to be prosperous,agriculture-related higher vocational colleges need to actively deal with the difficulties such as the lack of regional economic ability,the contradiction between supply and demand of talents,and the low efficiency of educational resources.This is not only the need to achieve common prosperity,but also the need for agriculture-related higher vocational colleges to pursue their own development.According to the problem target,this paper puts forward that agricultural higher vocational colleges should help to improve the level of inclusive education,improve their own talent training system,promote the development of green industry and so on.At the same time,the society should promote the balanced development of higher vocational education in order to help the common prosperity of rural areas.
