党的二十大报告指出"全面推进乡村振兴",乡村要振兴,规划需先行,人才是关键.顺应时代发展要求,以培养服务国家乡村振兴重大战略需求的应用型规划人才为目标,改革乡村规划原理课程.剖析现行城乡规划教育的现状和问题,通过融思政、编教材、重实践、细评价的方式,击破痛点.构建"聚焦精准"的思政元素体系,开展"三堂联动"的思政融入模式,培养学生解决乡村发展实际问题的能力.培育学生"三农"情怀,牢记"助农爱农"初心,以"兴农强国"为己任,为国家"三农"事业贡献青年力量.
Innovating and Reforming Teaching Methods in Rural Planning Principles Course with Course-based Ideological and Political Educa-tion Under the Background of Rural Revitalization
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out the importance of"comprehensively promo-ting rural revitalization".To achieve rural revitalization,proper planning and talents are crucial.To meet the demands of the times,the course Rural Planning Principles has been reformed with the goal of cultivating applied planning professionals who can serve the major strategic needs of rural revitalization.By analyzing the current status and problems of urban and rural planning education,the focus is on breaking through the pain points through the integration of ideological and political education,textbook compilation,practical training,and comprehensive evalua-tion.A"focused and precise"ideological element system is constructed,and a"three-linkage"model of integrating ideological and political education is implemented to cultivate students'ability to solve practical problems in rural development.The students'love for agriculture,rural areas,and farmers is nurtured,and they are encouraged to fulfill their responsibility of"promoting agricultural development and strengthening the country",contributing their youth to the national rural development.
