数智化背景下全周期农业创新人才培养模式与实践路径研究

数字化与智能化是新时期高等教育研究的热点议题.当前,农业创新人才培养要主动适应数字化、智能化的时代要求,培养具备高附加值的高质量人才,贯穿农业创新人才培养全周期.从逻辑起点、价值取向和最终目标3 个方面探析数智化背景下全周期农业创新人才培养的理论逻辑,提出数智化背景下全周期农业创新人才培养的"战略引导+政策扶持"模式、"知识供给+产教融合"模式和"高校+企业+政府三方协同"模式,并在此基础上进一步提出全周期农业创新人才培养的四螺旋上升路径和三方循环路径,进而以数字经济与高质量农业创新人才助推国家富强与民族振兴.
Research on the Training Model and Practice Path of Full Cycle Innovative Talents Under the Background of Digital Intelligence
Digitization and intelligentization are hot topics in higher education research in the new era.At present,the cultivation of agricul-tural innovative talents should actively adapt to the the digital and intelligent times requirements,cultivate high-quality talents with high added-value,and run through the whole cycle of agricultural innovative talents training.From the logical starting point,value orientation and final goal,this paper analyzed the theoretical logic of the cultivation of full-cycle agricultural innovative talents under the background of digitali-zation,and proposed the mode of"strategic guidance+policy support","knowledge supply+integration of industry and education",and the mode of"university+enterprise+government tripartite collaboration"for the cultivation of full-cycle agricultural innovative talents under the background of digitalization.On this basis,we further proposed a four-spiral path and a three-way cycle practice path for the cultivation of full-cycle agricultural innovative talents,and then promoted national prosperity and rejuvenation with digital economy and high-quality agricultural innovative talents.
