Analysis and Quality Evaluation of Nutritional Components in the Muscles of Qinhong Hybrid Rockfish(Epinehelus coioides♀×Epinehelus akaara♂)and Its Parents Epinehelus coioides and Epinehelus akaara
The muscle nutritional components of Qinghong hybrid rockfish(Epinehelus coioides♀×Epinehelus akaara♂)and its parents E.coioides and E.akaara were analyzed and evaluated,in order to provide basic data for the identification of germplasm nutritional identification and the preparation of compound feed.The results showed that the muscle texture properties of Qinghong hybrid rockfish(E.coioides ♀×E.akaara♂)were similar to those of E.akaara.The content of crude protein in the muscles of Qinghong hybrid rockfish,E.akaara and E.co-ioides were 20.44%,19.49%and 20.34%,respectively.The content of essential amino acids was rich and the proportion was suitable.The content of crude fat in the muscles of Qinghong hybrid rockfish,E.akaara and E.coioides were 1.79%,2.95%and 1.07%,respectively.The fatty acids were rich in variety and high in polyunsaturated fatty acids,and the ratio met the standards of ideal fatty acids.There were rich kinds of mineral elements in the muscles of three breeds of rockfish.The contents of P,K and Ca in Qinghong hybrid rockfish were higher than those in its parents.And its contents of Fe and Na were between those of its parents,and its contents of Zn and Se were lower than those of its par-ents.Therefore,Qinghong hybrid rockfish had abundant kinds of mineral elements,higher content of unsaturated fatty acids,abundant content and suitable proportion of essential amino acids.The content of some nutritional indexes in Qinghong hybrid rockfish was higher than those in its its parent,showing certain hybridization advantages.So Qinghong hybrid rockfish was an excellent mariculture variety with high food value.The results of this study provided the basic data for the germplasm evaluation and popularization breeding of Qinghong hybrid rockfish.
