摘要

利用抽样调查法,对北京玉渊潭公园的蚜虫进行采集,并通过形态和分子对采集到的蚜虫进行种类鉴定和数量统计.共采集304头蚜虫,鉴定出22种,调查种类最多的3 种为紫薇长斑蚜(Sarucallis kahawaluokalani)、禾谷缢管蚜(Rhopalosiphum padi)和居竹拟叶蚜(Phyllaphoides bambusicola).近些年,蚜虫数量、种类及抗药性均呈上升趋势.调查北京玉渊潭公园的蚜虫种类多样性,旨在建立北京玉渊潭公园的蚜虫名录,进行药剂选择,为害虫防治提供科学依据.

Abstract

Aphids were collected from Yuyuantan Park by means of sampling survey,and species identification and population statistics were carried out by morphological and molecular methods.A total of 304 aphids were collected and 22 species were identified.The three most com-mon aphids were Sarucallis Kahawaluokalani,Rhopalosiphum padi and Phyllaphoides bambusicola.In recent years,the number,species and resistance of aphids were increasing.The aim of this study was to establish a list of aphids in Yuyuantan Park and to provide scientific basis for pest control.
