摘要

为有效利用肉鸡舍内多余热能,降低肉鸡养殖臭气污染,设计了一款热能循环利用系统.该系统采用空气能机理和电催化脱氨工艺设计,并于东北地区评价了该系统在肉鸡舍的热回收和除臭效果.试验舍采用2 套相同的热能循环利用系统通风,对照舍采用常规负压风机通风.试验结果表明:与对照舍相比,热能循环利用系统可使新风平均温度提高2.19℃;NH3、CO2 平均浓度分别显著下降0.91和272 mg/m3(P<0.05),NH3 去除率达55.96%;热回收效率达64.00%.该系统可有效提高肉鸡养殖舍内温度,降低舍内NH3 和CO2 浓度;热回收和除臭效率较高,具有良好的节能减排效果.

Abstract

In order to effectively utilize the excess heat energy in the broiler house and solve the problem of odor pollution in broiler breeding,a heat energy recycling system was designed.The system was designed by air energy mechanism and electrocatalytic deammoniation process,and the heat recovery and deodorization effect of the system in the broiler chicken house were evaluated in Northeast China.Two sets of the same heat energy recycling system were used for ventilation in the experimental room,while negative pressure fan was used for ventilation in the control room.The results showed that the heat energy recycling system could increase the average temperature of fresh air by 2.19℃compared with the control house.The average concentrations of NH3 and CO2 decreased significantly by 0.91 and 272 mg/m3,respectively(P<0.05),the removal rate of NH3 reached 55.96%;and the heat recovery efficiency reached 64.00%.In conclusion,the system can effectively improve the temperature in the broiler breeding house,but reduce the concentration of NH3 and CO2 in the house;it has high efficiency of heat recovery and deodorization,and also has good effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
