Study on the Factors Influencing the Employment Intention of Rural Women in New Business Forms—Based on a Survey in Qihe County
Rural women are the key role in realizing agricultural and rural modernization.Based on field research data,establish a binary lo-gistic model to investigate and empirically analyze the influencing factors of local rural women's willingness to engage in new forms of employ-ment from four aspects:personal characteristics,family situation,policy support,and social environment.The results indicate that age,educa-tion level,physical condition,number of elderly and young people with disabilities,policy awareness,skill training,and expected salary have a significant impact on the employment willingness of local rural women in new formats.In order to enhance the willingness of rural women in Qihe County to engage in new forms of employment,measures such as improving the education and cultural level of rural women,alleviating the pressure of family care for rural women,strengthening the promotion of employment policies for rural women,improving skills training for rural women,and establishing labor benchmark accounts are proposed.
