1例土鸡禽白血病病毒与马立克病病毒混合感染诊断与分析

[目的]对安徽某土鸡场送检的疑似肿瘤病的病料进行鉴定.[方法]采集病死鸡的肝脏,提取病毒DNA,根据Genbank已登录的基因序列设计引物,通过PCR检测,对扩增出的ALV env与MDV meq基因序列进行测序和序列分析.[结果]检测到禽白血病和马立克目的条带,序列比对结果发现,禽白血病病毒为J亚群,马立克为野毒强毒株.[结论]研究结果为了解该地区禽白血病和马立克混合感染情况提供了参考数据.
Diagnosis and Analysis of a Case of Mixed Infection ALV and MDV from Home-kept Chicken
[Objective]To identify samples of suspected tumor disease from a local chicken farm in Anhui Province.[Method]The chicken liv-er was collected and the virus DNA was extracted.The primers were designed according to the sequence of ALV and MDV that GenBank had registered.The ALV env and MDV meq gene were detected by PCR.The amplified sequence was sequenced and analyzed by evolutionary tree and nucleotide homology.[Result]Detected bands of ALV and MD,and sequence alignment results showed that ALV belongs to subgroup J,while MD is a strong wild virus strain.[Conclusion]This study provided reference data for understanding the mixed infection situation of ALV and MDV in the area.
