Investigation and Research on the Talent Cultivation in Rural Tourism in Pure Pastoral Areas of Aba Prefecture Under the Background of Talent Revitalization in Rural Areas
The revitalization of rural talents is the endogenous driving force to realize the strategy of rural revitalization.Tourism,as the pillar industry of Aba Prefecture's economic and social development,plays a pivotal role in rural revitalization and"three entrepreneurship".From the years of tourism development experience in Aba Prefecture,the areas restricting the high-quality development of rural tourism in the prefec-ture are mainly villages in pure pastoral areas.The key constraint factor is rural tourism talents.In this study,questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview were used to investigate the current situation of rural tourism talent cultivation in pure pastoral areas of Aba Prefecture. SPSS.20 software was used for data analysis,and combined with interview data analysis,the real factors restricting the cultivation of rural tourism talent in Aba Prefecture were analyzed,and finally countermeasures and suggestions were put forward according to the research conclu-sions.
