Study on the Rapid Identification Method of Parastagonospora pseudonodorum
This study utilized partly conserved gene sequence of β-tubulin in Parastagonospora pseudonodorum,designed specific primers for the detection of Parastagonospora pseudonodorum,with specificity and sensitivity verified.The results showed that this method had strong speci-ficity and a sensitivity of up to 5 pg/μL and suitable for rapid detection of Parastagonospora pseudonodorum.
