摘要

通过测量各项生长生理指标,研究不同比例的基质配比对鱼腥草生长和品质的影响,筛选最适宜鱼腥草生长量和品质的基质配比.结果表明,最适宜鱼腥草生长量和品质的基质配比是泥炭:珍珠岩:蛭石=1∶2∶1(T3),根长平均增长量为4.61 cm,根节平均增长量为3节;可溶性糖含量为5.78%;过氧化物酶活性为177.89 U/(g.min);VC含量为137.200 mg/kg.

Abstract

In this experiment,the effects of different proportions of substrate on growth and quality of Houttuynia cordata were obtained by re-cording and observing various physiological indexes of growth,and the most suitable matrix ratio was selected.The results showed that the most suitable matrix ratio was peat:perlite:vermiculite=1∶2∶1 (T3),the average growth of root length was 4.61 cm,and the average growth of root nodes was 3. The soluble sugar content was 5. 78%. The peroxidase activity was 177. 89 U/( g·min). The content of VC was 137.200 mg/kg.
