Effects of Different Matrix Ratio on Growth and Quality of Houttuynia cordata
In this experiment, the effects of different proportions of substrate on growth and quality of Houttuynia cordata were obtained by re-cording and observing various physiological indexes of growth, and the most suitable matrix ratio was selected. The results showed that the most suitable matrix ratio was peat:perlite:vermiculite=1∶2∶1 (T3),the average growth of root length was 4.61 cm,and the average growth of root nodes was 3. The soluble sugar content was 5. 78%. The peroxidase activity was 177. 89 U/( g·min). The content of VC was 137.200 mg/kg.
