地理标志农产品立法保护与农产品区域品牌建设的关联研究——以百色芒果为例

地理标志农产品是打造农产品区域品牌的重要资源之一,围绕其开展立法保护工作势在必行.立法保护与品牌建设之间相辅相成、相互促进,现阶段我国对于地理标志农产品立法保护工作存在短板,制约了品牌建设全面推进.结合百色芒果产业发展,探讨百色芒果立法保护工作的现实需求与品牌建设联动发展路径,对区域产业升级及乡村振兴战略实施具有重要意义,也为其他地理标志农产品的保护与品牌建设工作提供参考依据.
Study on the Association Between Legislative Protection of Geographical Indication Agricultural Products and Regional Brand Building of Agricultural Products——Taking Baise Mango as an Example
Geographical indication agricultural products is one of the important resources for building regional brands of agricultural products,and it is imperative to carry out legislative protection work around it. Legislative protection and brand building complement each other,promote each other,at this stage,there are shortcomings in the legislative protection of geographical indication agricultural products in China,restric-ting the brand building comprehensive promotion. This paper combines the development of Baise mango industry to explore the real needs of legislative protection of Baise mango and brand building linkage development path,which is of great significance to the implementation of re-gional industrial upgrading and rural revitalisation strategy,and also provides a reference basis for the protection and branding of other geo-graphical indication agricultural products.
