Exploration on the Compound Talents Cultivation in Rural Governance Under the Guidance of New Liberal Arts
The new liberal arts adhered to the concept of interdisciplinary integration,followed the basic principles of demand-based,technol-ogy enabling and coordinated interaction,and played an important guiding and leading role in promoting colleges and universities to strengthen the cultivation composite talents in rural governance. The rural problems are becoming increasingly complex. The talents needed for rural gov-ernance in the new era should be compound talents with multi-faceted knowledge system,comprehensive practical ability,active thinking abili-ty and strong comprehensive quality. Colleges and universities need to build a new curriculum system,professional textbooks,compound teach-ers and digital teaching platform for the cultivation of compound talents in rural governance under the guidance of the construction of new liber-al arts,and cultivate modern composite talents that meet the needs of rural governance through multi agent collaboration.
