Mitochondrial Gene Structure Analysis of Bactrocera (Zeugodacus) scutellaris
In order to explore the mitochondrial genome gene structure of Bactrocera(Zeugodacus)scutellaris,based on the measured mito-chondrial whole genome of B.(Z.)scutellaris,the values of ATskew=(A-T)/(A+T)and GC skew=(G-C)/(G+C)of 13 protein-coding genes(PCGs)and 22 trnA genes in the whole mitochondrial genome were measured by DNAMAN V6 software. Win32 CodonW software was used to analyze the number of protein gene codons and the frequency of synonymous relative codon RSCU values. MITOS WebServer and tr-nAscan-SE 2.0 software were used to analyze the secondary structure of trnA,providing evidence for species diagnosis,phylogeny and evolu-tionary biology.
