An Empirical Study on Promoting Win-Win Integration of Agriculture and Tourism in Urumqi City
The synergistic coupling development of tourism and agriculture is an important channel to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,which points out the development direction for the development of rural economy.In studying the mutual synergistic de-velopment of tourism and agriculture,based on the review of domestic and foreign literature,the coupling model and indicators were used to analyze the agriculture and tourism industries,combined with the actual development of Urumqi City,and the comparison of the coupling de-gree and coordination was carried out with the cross-section data of Urumqi City for the years of 2016-2022,and categorized and analyzed based on the results of the measurements.The results show that the degree of coupling and coordination of these two industrial subsystems in Urumqi City is still in the primary stage,and the lack of depth in the integration of agriculture and tourism,the single tourism product,and the insufficient capital investment hinder the sustainable development of the local economy and the enhancement of the competitiveness of the tourism industry.To address the problem of agricultural and tourism integration in Urumqi City,it is necessary to improve the diversity and in-novativeness of tourism products,enhance the level of agricultural technology and services,and strengthen capital investment and unified man-agement,etc.,so as to realize the coordinated development between agriculture and tourism,and to promote the in-depth integration of agri-cultural and tourism integration.
