摘要

为探究不同药剂灌根对青桐木虱的防治效果,以北京动物园园区的绿化树木(青桐)为研究对象,分别比较吡虫啉、啶虫脒、阿维菌素、噻虫嗪和烯啶虫胺在根部用药后第1、3、5、10、15、25天对青桐木虱虫口减退率的影响.结果显示,在试验剂量下吡虫啉和烯啶虫胺,用药后3 d就能达到50%以上的防治效果,用药后5 d防治效果最好,用药后25 d防治效果仍能保持在80%以上,表现出杀虫的速效性和药效的持久性,综合防治效果最佳,因此推荐吡虫啉和烯啶虫胺交替使用.

Abstract

In order to expore the effect of different insecticides on Thysanogyna limbata with root pouring,we took the afforestation trees (Firmiana platanifolia) in Beijing Zoo as the research object,and the control effects of imidacloprid,acetamiprid,abamectin,thiamethoxam and aldicarb on the aphid population reduction rate at 1,3,5,10,15 and 25 d after treatment were compared respectively. The results showed that in the test dose of imidacloprid and aldicarb,the control effect of more than 50% could be achieved in 3 d after dosing,the best effect was achieved in 5 d after dosing,and the best effect could still be maintained above 80% in 25 d after dosing,which showed the quick-acting and long-lasting efficacy of insecticides,and comprehensive control effect was the best. It is recommended to use imidacloprid and enidiamide alternately.
