摘要

[目的]研究三七健康植株和根腐病植株根内及根际土的微生物群落结构,探究其与三七根腐病发生的相关性.[方法]利用Il-lumina高通量测序技术对云南文山连作3年的健康植株根内及其根际土壤、根腐病植株根内及其根际土壤中的微生物群落结构及多样性进行分析.[结果]健康植株及其根际土壤与根腐病植株及其根际土壤中微生物群落的丰富度存在显著差异.黄腐植株根际土中的优势微生物为节杆菌属(Arthrobacter)、毛壳菌属(Chaetomium)和周刺座霉属(Volutella),绿腐植株根际土中的优势微生物为节杆菌属(Arthrobacter)和短梗蠕孢属(Trichocladium).黄腐植株根内优势微生物为被孢霉属(Mortierella)和木霉属(Trichoderma),绿腐植株根内优势微生物为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、土赤壳菌属(Ilyonectria)和小不整球壳属(Plectosphaerella).[结论]三七根腐病的发生与植株根际及根内微生物多样性和群落结构密切相关.

Abstract

[Objective]To study the microbial community structure in the root and rhizosphere soil of healthy and root rot infected plants of Pa-nax notoginseng,and explore the correlation between microbial diversity with root rot of P. notoginseng.[Method]The microbial community composition and diversity of the roots and rhizosphere soil of healthy and root rot plants in Wenshan,Yunnan Province,which had been contin-uously cultivated for 3 years were analyzed by using Illumina high-throughput sequencing system.[Result]The richness of microbial communi-ties in healthy plants roots and rhizosphere soil was significantly different from that in root rot plants roots and rhizosphere soil. The dominant microorganisms in the rhizosphere soil of yellow rot plants were Arthrobacter,Chaetomium and Volutella,and that of the rhizosphere soil of green rot plant were Arthrobacter and Trichocladium. The dominant microorganisms in roots of yellow rot plants were Mortierella and Trichoder-ma,while the dominant microorganisms in roots of green rot plants were Pseudomonas,Ilyoectria and Plectosphaerella.[Conclusion]The occur-rence of root rot in Panax notoginseng is closely related to the diversity and community structure of microorganisms in the rhizosphere and roots of plants.
