Study on Constructing New Development Pattern of Modern Agriculture in Xi'an City
The new development pattern establishes the new coordinates of Xi'an's modern agricultural development,which is mainly reflec-ted in the increase of safety latitude. Balancing development and security has become the basic principle for building a new development pat-tern. On the one hand,we must attach importance to development and promote farmers' income. On the other hand,we need to strengthen security lines,protect arable land and seeds,and consolidate the foundation of food security. According to the present situation and existing problems of modern agriculture development in Xi'an City,the new development pattern of modern agriculture in Xi'an City is constructed. By optimizing the spatial development pattern,strengthening the industrial development system,implementing the new development concept,so as to promote the mutual promotion and coordination of the development and security of Xi'an modern agriculture,and improve the overall efficiency of Xi'an modern agriculture.
