Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Grassroots Cadres' College Degree Education Satisfaction in the Context of Rural Revitalization——An Empirical Study Based on the College Degree Education of Grassroots Cadres in Shandong Province
Based on the survey data of 734 rural grassroots cadres in Shandong Province,this paper used the disordered multi-classification Logit model to analyze the influencing factors of rural grassroots cadres' satisfaction with participating in grassroots cadres' college education. The results showed that the individual characteristics of rural grassroots cadres,such as age,had a negative impact on the satisfaction of grass-roots cadres' college education,and the political appearance of non-party members also had a certain negative impact on the satisfaction of grassroots cadres' college education. Good training scenarios of grassroots cadres' college education,such as training design,training courses and teachers,and training management guarantee,had a positive impact on the satisfaction of grassroots cadres' college degree education. The psychological factors of rural grassroots cadres,such as the motivation for education and the attitude towards the college education of grass-roots cadres,also affected the satisfaction of the grassroots cadres with the college education. Among the individual endowments,rural grassro-ots cadres with good interpersonal relationships were more satisfied with the college education of grassroots cadres than those with low interper-sonal relationships.
