江浙地区中华绒螯蟹氨基酸图谱数据库的建立

[目的]研究江浙地区不同产地(阳澄湖、太湖、洪泽湖、固城湖)中华绒螯蟹氨基酸组成差异,配合先进化学计量学分析,建立用于鉴别不同产地中华绒螯蟹氨基酸图谱数据库.[方法]样品用盐酸水解,净化后用氨基酸分析仪测定样品中氨基酸成分.采用ChemPattern软件对不同产地中华绒螯蟹氨基酸图谱进行化学计量学分析,建立识别模型.[结果]阳澄湖、太湖、洪泽湖、固城湖4 个不同产地之间中华绒螯蟹氨基酸组成具有明显差异;建立了分类识别模型将不同产地中华绒螯蟹准确鉴别.[结论]该研究建立的不同产地(阳澄湖、太湖、洪泽湖、固城湖)中华绒螯蟹鉴定系统具有简便、稳定、准确、重现性好的优点,为江浙地区中华绒螯蟹的产地判别提供科学的方案.
Establishment of Amino Acid Map Database of Eriocheir sinensis in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces
[Objective]To study the difference of amino acid composition of Eriocheir sinensis from different habitats(Yangcheng Lake,Taihu Lake,Hongze Lake and Gucheng Lake)in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces.With advanced chemometrics analysis,an amino acid map database for identifying Eriocheir sinensis from different habitats was established.[Method]The sample was hydrolyzed by hydrochloric acid,purified and then determined the amino acid composition in the sample by amino acid analyzer.ChemPattern software was used to make chemometric analy-sis on amino acid profiles of Eriocheir sinensis from different habitats,and a recognition model was established.[Result]The amino acid compo-sition of Eriocheir sinensis in Yangcheng Lake,Taihu Lake,Hongze Lake and Gucheng Lake was significantly different.We established a sample classification and identification model to accurately identify Eriocheir sinensis from different habitats.[Conclusion]The identification system of Eriocheir sinensis from different habitats(Yangcheng Lake,Taihu Lake,Hongze Lake and Gucheng Lake)established in this paper has the ad-vantages of simplicity,stability,accuracy and good reproducibility.It could provide a scientific scheme for the origin discrimination of Eriocheir sinensis in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces.
