Evaluation and Analysis of the Development Level of Agricultural Socialized Services in Heilongjiang Province
Agricultural socialized services play a key role in achieving high-quality agricultural development and promoting agricultural mod-ernization.This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation indicator system for agricultural socialization services in Heilongjiang Province,u-sing statistical data from 2011 to 2022.The entropy method was applied to measure it.It is found that the level of agricultural socialized services in the province shows an overall trend of improvement.Among them,agricultural science and technology services have grown steadily,agricul-tural production services have grown the fastest,the slow development of agricultural financial services,and other services have fluctuated greatly and the development is relatively unstable.In order to enhance the level of agricultural socialized service construction,investment in ag-ricultural science and technology services should be increased and the level of agricultural science and technology should be upgraded;agricul-tural insurance services should be improved in order to safeguard the stability of agricultural production for farmers;financial and credit services should be improved and the quality of financial services should be enhanced;and policy support should be strengthened and a favourable envi-ronment for development should be constructed.
