实施农业强省战略,人才是关键.首先,阐述了乡村人才队伍建设在农业强省战略中的重要作用,认为乡村人才队伍建设是实现农业强省建设的重要任务、关键支撑和竞争优势;其次,以湖北省松滋市为例,总结了近年来该市在乡村人才队伍建设的主要举措和实际成效,同时分析了该市在人才结构、机制体制、服务保障等方面存在的问题,并从"选育留用"等方面提出了相应的举措和策略,以期为乡村人才队伍建设提供理论支撑和实践指导.
Selection and Retention:A Study on the Construction of Rural Talent Team Driven by the Strategy of Building a Strong Agricultural Province—Taking Songzi City,Hubei Province as an Example
To implement the strategy of strengthening agriculture as a province,talent is the key.This article first elaborates on the important role of rural talent team construction in the strategy of building a strong agricultural province,and believes that rural talent team construction is an important task,key support,and competitive advantage to achieve the construction of a strong agricultural province;secondly,taking Songzi City,Hubei Province as an example,this paper summarizes the main measures and practical results of the city's rural talent team construction in recent years.At the same time,it analyzes the problems in the talent structure,mechanism system,service guarantee,and other aspects of the city,and proposes corresponding measures and strategies from the aspects of"selection and retention",in order to provide theoretical sup-port and practical guidance for the construction of rural talent teams.
