Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Land Transfer in Hainan Province Under the Background of Rural Revitalization
Hainan Province has vigorously pushed forward with the development of free trade ports,resulting in a variety of investigative ap-proaches towards successfully transferring rural land contract management rights.These efforts are rooted in objectives such as enhancing the utilisation of available land,augmenting farmers'earnings,and fostering a thorough redevelopment of the agricultural industry in Hainan.This piece delves into the analysis of the current landscape of land transfers in Hainan Province.The study found that there are problems in the transfer of rural land contract management rights in Hainan Province,such as unclear property rights,low land transfer rate,single transfer methods,and non-standard transfer procedures.The challenges being faced are somewhat stunting the growth of Hainan's rural economy,and even the execution of strategies aimed at rural revitalization.Finally,corresponding solutions are proposed from four aspects:government serv-ices,supervision,measures,and publicity.
