Tea is a traditional characteristic agricultural product in Taizhou,which is at a disadvantage in the competition in the province.Tea industry is the pillar industry of Taizhou agricultural economy,and its healthy development is of great significance to promote the common pros-perity of mountainous areas and rural revitalization.With the progress of science and technology and the rise of e-commerce,the development of Taizhou tea industry has ushered in a new outlet.Based on status survey and by using SWOT method,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of Taizhou tea industry from four aspects:internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats,sorts out the advantages and problems faced by the industry,finally,proposes countermeasures to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Taizhou tea industry.
