摘要

乡村教育是促进乡村振兴的源头活水,能推进落实国家战略要求,助力建设美丽乡村,推动乡村社会共同富裕.当前,乡村教育在助力乡村振兴的过程中出现教育制度的"失衡"与"失真"、乡村人才"留不住"与"引不来"、乡村文化的"虚化"与"退守"、乡村治理的"僵化"与"偏离"等异化现象.因此,急需重构乡村教育赋能乡村振兴,从制度赋能、人才赋能、文化赋能和技术赋能4个角度出发,力求改善乡村教育赋能乡村振兴的异化现象,推进乡村更好更快发展.

Abstract

Rural education is the source of rural revitalization,which can promote the implementation of national strategic requirements,pro-mote the construction of rural spiritual civilization and promote the common prosperity of rural society.At present,in the process of helping ru-ral revitalization by rural education,there are some dissimilation phenomena,such as"imbalance"and"distortion"of education system,"un-able to retain"and"unable to attract"rural talents,"blurring"and"retreat"of rural culture,"rigidity"and"deviation"of rural governance.Therefore,it is urgent to reconstruct rural education to empower rural revitalization.From four angles of system empowerment,talent empower-ment,cultural empowerment and technology empowerment,we strove to improve the dissimilation phenomenon of rural education to empower rural revitalization and promote better and faster rural development.
