The Research Progress and Analyis on Development and Utilization Prospect of Stauntonia leucantha
Stauntonia leucantha is an excellent medicinal,edible and landscape plant of Stauntonia DC,which has high development and utili-zation value.In this paper,the research status of Stauntonia leucantha at home and abroad was summarized from the aspects of medicinal value,edible value and ornamental value.It was found that compared with Stauntonia chinensis,the research on medicinal components analysis,effica-cy test,genetic improvement,artificial cultivation and product development of Stauntonia leucantha was seriously lagging behind,and the bottle-neck of the development of Stauntonia leucantha industry was improved seedlings,ecological cultivation technology and the development of me-dicinal and edible products.The key areas and directions of future research and development were analyzed and put forward.
