2019-2023年山西省审定玉米品种的农艺·产量及品质性状分析

为加强山西省玉米品种选育创新性,充分挖掘并利用优质玉米品种资源,以2019-2023 年度山西省审定的589 份玉米品种为试验材料,对其农艺性状(生育期、总叶片数、株高、穗位高、穗长和出籽率)、产量性状(穗行数、行粒数、百粒重和产量)及品质性状(容重、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗淀粉)共14个数量性状进行变异分析、相关性分析以及主成分分析.结果表明,出籽率和粗淀粉含量变异系数分别为1.62%和2.07%,而穗位高、产量及粗脂肪含量变异系数范围在11.82%~13.80%,表明玉米的出籽率和粗淀粉含量可稳定遗传,而穗位高、粗脂肪以及产量仍有较大的选育空间.不同区组间性状表现有所侧重.春播早熟和机收组审定的品种产量均较高.特早熟Ⅰ区审定品种的穗行数呈现显著劣势,但粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量表现突出.复播区审定品种的行粒数呈现显著劣势,但粗淀粉含量整体较高.产量与6个农艺性状、3个产量构成因子以及粗淀粉含量均呈极显著正相关,而与粗蛋白含量呈极显著负相关.主成分分析研究表明,前4项主成分累积贡献率为59.16%,第1主成分反映产量、株高、穗位高和穗长,第2主成分反映粗蛋白和粗淀粉含量,第3主成分反映总叶片数、穗位高和行粒数,第4主成分反映容重和粗脂肪含量.此外,各性状随审定年份的变化趋势研究表明,产量性状总体呈稳步增加的趋势,而品质性状均有不同程度的降低(0.04%~0.97%),且以粗脂肪的下降程度最大,表明今后玉米育种应着重加强粗脂肪含量的提高.该研究为山西省玉米资源性状的改良提供了理论依据.
Analysis of Agronomic,Yield and Quality Characters of Maize in Shanxi Province in 2019-2023
In order to strengthen the innovation of maize variety breeding in Shanxi Province and fully explore and utilize high-quality maize variety resources,589 maize varieties approved in Shanxi Province from 2019 to 2023 were taken as experimental materials.The variation,correlation as well as principal component analysis were carried out on 14 quantitative traits of agronomy(growth period,total leaf number,plant height,ear height,ear length and seed yield),yield(row number per ear,grain number per row,100 grain weight and yield)as well as quality(bulk density,crude protein,crude fat and crude starch content).The results showed that the variable coefficients of seed emer-gence rate and crude starch content were 1.62%and 2.07%,respectively,while the variation coefficients of ear height,yield and crude fat content ranged from 11.82%to 13.80%,indicating that the two traits of maize seed emergence rate and crude starch content could be inheri-ted stably,but there was still a large space for breeding of ear height,crude fat and yield.There was some emphasis on traits among different groups.The yield of early sowing in spring and the varieties examined by the harvesting group were the highest.The number of rows per ear of the approved varieties in special early maturity Ⅰ area showed a significant disadvantage,but the contents of crude protein and crude fat were prominent.The number of row grains of the approved varieties in the reseeding area showed a significant disadvantage,but the crude starch content was higher.The yield was extremely positively correlated with 6 agronomy traits,3 yield components and crude starch content,but negatively correlated with crude protein content.The results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first four principal components was 59.16%.The first principal component reflected yield,plant height,ear height and ear length.The second principal component reflected crude protein and crude starch content.The third principal component reflected total leaf number,ear height and row number,and the fourth principal component reflected bulk density and crude fat content.In addition,the study on the variation trend of each trait with the year of examination showed that the yield trait showed a steady increase trend,while the quality trait had a different degree of de-crease(0.04%-0.97%),and the decrease degree of crude fat was the largest,indicating that the future maize breeding should focus on strengthe-ning the increase of crude fat content.This study provided a theoretical basis for the improvement of maize resource traits in Shanxi Province.
