砜吡草唑对6种环境生物的毒性研究

[目的]明确砜吡草唑对6种环境生物的急性毒性.[方法]参照《化学农药环境安全评价试验准则》GB/T 31270-2014 和《化学农药天敌(瓢虫)急性接触毒性试验准则》NY/T 3088-2017,开展了20%砜吡草唑悬浮剂对鸟、家蚕、蚯蚓、蜜蜂、赤眼蜂和瓢虫的急性毒性试验.[结果]20%砜吡草唑悬浮剂对日本鹌鹑 7 d-LD50>2 000.0 mg/kg、家蚕 4 d-LC50 为 2 942.87 mg/L、蜜蜂 48 h-LD50>100.0 μg/蜂和蚯蚓14 d-LC50>100 mg/kg,对寄生性天地赤眼蜂的安全系数为0.803,对七星瓢虫的安全系数为 6.927.[结论]20%砜吡草唑悬浮剂对鸟、家蚕、蚯蚓、蜜蜂均为低毒,对七星瓢虫为低风险,对赤眼蜂为中等风险,对陆生生物友好.
Acute Toxicity of Pyroxasulfone to Six Environmental Organisms
[Objective]To confirm the acute toxicity of pyroxasulfone to terrestrial organisms.[Method]Tests were conducted according to"Test guidelines on environmental safety assessment for chemical pesticides",GB/T 31270-2014 and"Chemical pesticide-Guideline for natu-ral enemy(ladybird beetles)acute contact toxicity test"NY/T 3088-2017,and to test the acute toxicity of pyroxasulfone to six terrestrial or-ganisms.[Result]20%pyroxasulfone SC for 7 d-LD50 of Coturnix japonica was>2 000.0 mg/kg,4 d-LC50 of Bombyx mori was 2 942.87 mg/L,48 h-LD50 of Apis mellifera L was>100.0 μg/bee,14 d-LC50 of Eisenia foetida was>100 mg/kg;the safety factor of pyroxasulfone to Tri-chogramma japonicun Ashmead and Coccinella septempunctata were 0.803 and 6.927.[Conclusion]The herbicide is low toxicity to C.japoni-ca,B.mori,A.mellifera and A.mellifera,low risk to C.septempunctata,and moderate risk to T.japzonicun Ashmead.So the herbicide is friendly to terrestrial organisms.
